Why are reception staff always doing something more important than dealing with poor little me when I arrive at a Hotel. Wynn's staff are no exception to this rule. ... The room and bathroom was clean and tidy except the carpets.Indeed the carpets throughout the hotel could do with a good cleaning. ... The receptionist spent the whole time on the phone while dealing with my invoice. ... A great place for a carvery lunch. ... I would describe it as a very convenient location in the centre of Dublin for a short stay.
