We arrived earlier than the 3:00 check-in time, and had a bit of trouble finding where to check-in. We went into the wine bar and were able to check-in early. We were greeted by name and the voucher was not necessary. The staff was friendly and inviting as offered us something to drink whole we waited to check-in. ... The location is ideal and close to pubs, restaurants and the CCU campus. It was about a 10-15 minute walk to the bus station. The apartment was spacious, and we had a great view of the River Lee. It was great to have a kitchen for snacks or breakfast. We asked for extra towels and they were happily provided. We also had to ask for a hairdryer and iron but they were provided. The beds are very comfortable. The welcome packet of food never appeared but it's a short walk to the English Market or the supermarket and a small grocery store is steps away. The Internet connection was spotty and we had trouble receiving or making local phone calls. The television had only a handful of channels. ... Be aware that you must pay for the power used during your stay and it is expensive compared to US prices. We paid the 50 Euro fee to have the flat cleaned at the end. We could not find a broom or other cleaning gear to make our stay just a tad tidier. ... You are welcome to use any comments posted above. ... The location can't be beat. It was easy walking distance to good restaurants, welcoming pubs, shopping, a neighborhood market, and take-out pizza. The apartment was spacious and offered comfortable features not found in a small hotel room. It's close to the university campus and we a bit loud at night on the weekend. I would definitely stay there again.

The room quality looked of a higher standard on the website, however the rooms were still of a good standard ... Very close to town, really good for groups.
