 At Waters Edge you will enjoy the best of Irish hospitality: as Noreen Cronin and her husband live in the house, they will be always ready to answer your questions and requirements, even if the reception is open till 1 am. At the property there is a lounge where most of this close relationship is developed: you can read a good book, have a cup of coffee or tea, courtesy of the house, or just enjoy the amazing views. |
 Every evening, guests receive the menu for breakfast and order Noreen whatever is they wish to indulge in the morning after: you can have cereals, juice, home-made bread, fresh brown coffee or tea. In addition to this, visitors choose between Irish breakfast (scrambled eggs, meat, oak-smoked salmon with lemon and tomato, which is the specialty of the inn) and continental one (ham and cheese, yoghurt, etc.). |
There is another spot in the bed & breakfast that is particularly beautiful: the deck area is equipped with tables and chairs, and usually guests bring cooked dishes from the centre of Kenmare and eat them with a bottle of wine in front of the bay. |

 At Kenmare there are all sorts of activities to enjoy time outdoors surrounded by wonderful sceneries: you can play golf at Ring of Kerry Golf Club and Kenmare Golf Club, go fishing or horse riding, and take a stroll to the bay, placed only 100 metres from the inn. However, the two spots you cannot miss during your stay are Ring of Kerry and Ring of Beara. For gourmet restaurants and pubs where to have a drink, try the many placed in the centre of Kenmare, placed only 10 minutes walking from Waters Edge. |
