- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 2pm until 7pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per person. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Yes, 3-course breakfast is included in the price. At Virginia's, you'll be offered a lengthy varied menu with lots to choose from. Special dietary requirements are happily catered for on request. - Is heating included in the price?
Yes, heating is included in the price. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
We usually accept payment on departure. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are 3 floors - Ground Floor, 1st Floor and 2nd Floor. We do not have an elevator. All rooms are reached by either 1 or 2 flights of stairs. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
We have one very quiet room at the back of the building. Our Superior Room is usually booked for romantic occasions - it has a king size bed and seating area and it's very spacious. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Linen and towels are provided. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
No. Our rooms do not have a terrace/courtyard. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No. Our rooms do not have a balcony. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Virginia's is a "non smoking" property. Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere in the building. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
There are 40-channel Digital TVs in all our rooms at Virginia's. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
All rooms at Virgina's have direct dial telephones. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
We do not have air conditioning. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
There is a lovely restaurant on the ground floor of the building. "Mulcahy's Restaurant" is an award-winning delightful restaurant. Chef/Owner Bruce Mulcahy has been voted the second best chef in Southern Ireland by Food & Wine Magazine (2005). - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Guests may use laptops in rooms, using the telephone connection. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
We do not have a swimming pool at Virginia's. - Is parking or garage available?
We do not have private parking. There is always safe, free parking on the street in Kenmare. - Where can we rent a car?
You can rent a car on arrival in Ireland at your arrival airport. Otherwise, there are car rental companies in Killarney. - Which is the nearest airport?
Kerry Airport is the nearest airport to Kenmare (45km). - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
Whilst we do not have a pickup or shuttle service, we are happy to arrange taxi pickup if required. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
The bus stop in Kenmare is located 5 minutes walk from Virginia's. - Which is the nearest railway station?
The nearest railway station is in Killarney, 35km from Kenmare. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
We do not have a fitness center at Virginia's. - Are pets welcome?
Sorry, but pets are not welcome. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
There is a lovely restaurant on the ground floor of the building. "Mulcahy's Restaurant" is an award-winning delightful restaurant. Chef/Owner Bruce Mulcahy has been voted the second best chef in Southern Ireland by Food & Wine Magazine (2005). - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Yes. You can use the telephone connection to surf the net if you have a laptop.
