this is the second time we stayed at this hotel the staff are very helpful and friendly nothing was a bother the rooms were very clean and the food was great overall very happy and would recommend to anyone.... just perfect
...

Wanted a wake up call at 5.30 - got one at 12.30 and then 1.30 but not at 5.30. Wanted a taxi at 6.15am - received a call at 5.40 to say that the taxi had arrived. Ten minutes later we received our wake call. Breakfast was left outside our room - but how do you eat museli with a knife and fork? Went to reception at 6.15am for taxi - but told that it had been re-booked for for 6.30.
