• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Rates are per person.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  1 floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only Master Suites have a balcony. These rooms are available on request and there is a supplement payable.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, on request.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, Wi-Fi in common and conference areas.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We can organize car rentals.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Cork Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Can be arranged, charge applies.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Kinsale town centre.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Kent Station in Cork City.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Sauna, Steamroom and Jacuzzi are available for guest use (no fee).
• Are pets welcome?
  Guide dogs only.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Our award-winning Savannah Waterfront Restaurant is a member of Kinsale's Good Food Circle and was awarded an AA Rosette and 2 RAC Dining awards for 2004 - so you are assured of enjoying excellent food during your stay with us. Our Wharf Tavern is a lively bar which is very popular with local clients especially for the daily Carvery Lunch and Evening Bistro Style Menu. Bar Food is available here from noon to 9pm daily and live entertainment is a regular feature at weekends.
