It is advisable
to take out travel insurance in case of illness, lost property or
changes in travelling arrangements.

varies widely, depending on the length of your trip, your age and
health, and the type of trip you're taking. Check that the policy
you take out covers you for all your intended vacation activities
such as skiing or hiking.
