We had to wait a few moments for breakfast as the staff was very busy serving and clearing tables. There may not have been enough tables for the amount of guests.

Some days before arriving I found a lot of horrible comments about this hotel included in other websites so I sent personally a mail to the Hotel (I found the e-mail address at the end of a long research) requesting a good accommodation, explaining which were the negative impressions I had. They have been very nice confirming that They were able to reserve a room in the new building for me and in fact this was fantastic, but I presume that the most of the people was not so lucky since the new rooms are no more than five.

the old rooms on the front of the building are very small, noisy, the bathrooms too small and all plastic made. A lot of guests meet problems in opening the doors. There are only a few new rooms which are very quiet, well furnished and with a good bathroom.

If you don0t ask for a room in the new area, your stay could be quite orrible

I had to wait until 2 pm to register and I flew in from the USA and had to walk around town from 10am to 2pm
it would be nice if they could make special arrangements for guest flying into to ireland considering the travel time and time change
There was no one to help with luggage and not lift
...
