 Guests are offered a fully private and self catering property set in a wonderfully peaceful and beautiful area with on site parking provided for guests' cars. The property consists of three bedrooms and is suitable for sleeping up to five guests. There is also a living room that is equipped with a colour TV and contains two comfortable two seat sofas, one single sofa chair, which lead to a dining area with table and chairs and then out on to the kitchen. |
The kitchen is equipped with oven and four hobs with extractor, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer and all necessary cutlery and cooking utensils are provided in order for you to prepare your own meals. The property is fitted with under floor central heating. |
 The price includes all the bed linen and the electricity, prices differ depending which time of the year you book and a 40% deposit is required with the balance paid six weeks before arrival, a refundable security deposit is also required. The property also has a private garden at the back where guests can enjoy the colourful tranquil area and for their convenience guests are provided with a Barbeque that they are welcome to use anytime. |

 Guests are within walking distance of Kenmare town centre and there you can find picturesque buildings and interesting stone formations that date back many years as well as spectacular scenery and equally great restaurants which come with a grand reputation of fine dining. For people who like walking the area is a haven for interesting trails and for historical sites along with its scenery and tranquillity. In the town there are a few places that have an account of the history of the town as well as places that demonstrate some of the local craft skills that the people posses such as their work with linens. Down by Kenmare bay you can take a boat trip and enjoy the sights like that as well as take a trip to see the magnificent whales or take a fishing trip with the local fishermen, a range of other water based activities are available also such as diving and windsurfing. |
