- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per apartment. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
No, brekafst is not included in the price because the apartments are self-contained and have their own kitchen. - Is heating included in the price?
Yes, heating is included in the price. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, as you prefer. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
We speak French and Spanish. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are 3 floors but no lift. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes, our apartments are very quiet, soundproof and private.
- Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Yes, they are provided. Apartments are serviced daily with a linen change on average every 3 days.
- Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
Yes, all our apartments situated on the ground floor have a courtyard. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
Yes, all our apartments situated on the higher floors have a small balcony. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
No, we do not. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
Yes, there is a cable Tv with some international channels in each of our apartments. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes, there is. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
