  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per apartment.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    No, brekafst is not included in the price because the apartments are self-contained and have their own kitchen.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Yes, heating is included in the price.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, as you prefer.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    We speak French and Spanish.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are 3 floors but no lift.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Yes, our apartments are very quiet, soundproof and private.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    Yes, they are provided. Apartments are serviced daily with a linen change on average every 3 days.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    Yes, all our apartments situated on the ground floor have a courtyard.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Yes, all our apartments situated on the higher floors have a small balcony.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    No, we do not.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes, there is a cable Tv with some international channels in each of our apartments.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes, there is.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    No, there is not.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    Yes, there is a dining room in each of our apartments.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    No.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there is not.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Yes, there is an limited underground car park. This is operated on a first come first served basis.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    Ask at the Harcourt Hotel.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Dublin airport.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No, we do not.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Pearse station for the Dart (600 m) and Harcourt Street (opposite the Harcourt hotel) for the Luas. Connolly station (1,5 km) for all trains.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is not.
  • Are pets welcome?
    No, sorry.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, there is not.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, you can with your own laptop (extra charge).
