• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  All prices are per person sharing (PPS).
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, a Full Irish breakfast is included in the price.
  
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, bill can be settled anytime during the stay.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Irish and French
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Two floors. We do not have a lift. All downstairs areas are wheelchair friendly.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Each of the ground level rooms has a patio overlooking Kenmare bay.
  The upper level rooms have a panoramic sea view setting.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Each of the ground level rooms has a patio overlooking Kenmare bay.
  The upper level rooms have a panoramic sea view setting.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are non smoking accommodation.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a TV in each room. The TVs receive the standard national channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning is not available in the rooms.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There is free WiFi broadband access available throughout the house for your convenience. Also, there is a computer available with free internet access for use throughout your stay.
  You may also connect a modem to the direct dial point in each room for internet access charged at local rates.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, swimming pool available.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Free secure private parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You may rent a car within Killarney or at the local airport.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, Kenmare town has a wide range of grocery stores and supermarkets.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Kerry International Airport, located outside Killarney. It is approximately 45 km in distance from Kenmare.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Shuttle service is not available. However, there are taxis and buses availabe from the airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Kenmare town is the nearest bus-stop.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Killarney town is the nearest railway station (approximately 30 km in distance from Kenamre town).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No fitness centre available.
• Are pets welcome?
  Guide dogs only please.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No. However, Kenmare town has an abundance of restaurants to suit all budgets, including many prestigous award winning restaurants.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you may connect a modem to the direct dial point in each room for internet access. Alternatively, there is free WiFi broadband access available throughout the house for your convenience. Also, there is a computer available with free internet access for use throughout your stay.
