• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, continental and full Irish breakfast included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer. You can pay by cash or credit card.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors and no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are very quiet, well soundproof and romantic as well.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No,they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No,they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do. Most of the rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV in all rooms but without international channels (Irish and English channels only).
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do. There is a computer at guests' disposal in the lobby.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, limited internal parking available as well as off-street parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Dublin airport (10,5 km).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Dublin airport (10,5 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not but there are many shuttle buses running from the airport to the city centre.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  At the doorstep of the hotel, 50 mt.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Lansdowne station for the Dart (700 mt), Connolly station for all trains (2,8 km).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not but each room is provided with sauna.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
