of brown sugar
1/3 glass Irish Whiskey
2/3 glass of very hot, strong fresh black coffee
Add the sugar, whiskey and coffee to a stemmed glass to withing
1cm of the brim. Stir briskly to dissolve all the sugar. Pour in
lightly whipped cream over the back of a spoon so that it floats
on the liquid. Serve immediately.
1-1/2 oz. Jameson Irish Whiskey
1 oz. Italian Vermouth
2 dashes Green Creme de Menthe
Shake and serve.
1-1/2 oz. Tullamore Dew
3/4 oz. Sweet Vermouth
Several dashes Angostura Bitters
Shake or blend
Juice of 1/2 lime
Sparkling mineral water to top up
Add ice, whiskey and lime juice to a Highball or tall glass. Top
up with mineral water.
