- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
Per room, per night. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Breakfast is not included in the room rate. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, you can. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English, German, French, Spanish, Dutch and Italian.
- How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are four floors and two elevators.
- Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
All rooms are first class and the hotel is situated in a beautiful garden setting. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
No, but they are all overlooking the gardens and fountain. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
Some of them do: the suites on the topfloor have balconies. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes, we have. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
Yes, we have satellite TV as well as a in-house movie channel.
- Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes, there is a large desk with two-line telephone (with direct telephone line to room), PC sockets and fax machine in every room. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Yes, there is self-regulated air conditioning at no extra charge. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Yes, we have. There is a large desk with two-line telephone (with direct telephone line to room), PC sockets and fax machine in every room. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No, there is no swimming pool. - Is parking or garage available?
Yes, we dispose of 220 parking places free of charge.
- Where can we rent a car?
Just ask at our concierge service.
- Which is the nearest airport?
Dublin International Airport. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No, but Aircoach services the Radisson SAS St. Helen's. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Heuston Station, 20 minutes from the property.
- Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
Hotel's fully equipped fitness room, is ideal for the health conscious and perfect for an early morning run or leisurely stroll. Open 24 hours free of charge for all guests use. Therapeutics Health and Skin Care Salon offering massage, sunbed and beauty treatments ensures you will also look and feel your best.
- Are pets welcome?
Guide dogs only. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
The Talavera authentic Italian Restaurant offers delicious dishes set in relaxed, atmospheric surroundings with four dining rooms, cosy fireplaces and candlelight. The Talavera is open for lunch Monday to Friday, offering an international buffet. Individual lunch reservations can only be made on the day. The Talavera is also home to our Super Breakfast buffet each morning. Our fine dining restaurant, Le Panto, located on the second floor of the historic house, specialises in the finest cuisine in elegant surroundings. The Orangerie Bar, located on the second floor is set in a unique Victorian conservatory setting with magnificent views of the gardens. Popular with local Dubliners and hotel residents, the Orangerie is a hive of activity both during the week and at weekends. A refreshing light menu is available at lunch and in the evenings. In addition, in the Ballroom Lounge afternoon tea is available daily.
- Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Yes, free wired acces in the room. Wireless at a daily charge.
