I thought the Pembroke was a lovely B&B, not fussy and very comfortable. The location was fantastic in my opinion. The reception is quite new so there is not an extensive knowledge of Dublin, but I would stay there again.

Very pleasant - immediately felt at home ... Enjoyed it throughout. ... Efficiently handled. ... N/A ... Something to the effect of 'Home away from home'.

We checked out day before, because we had an early departure. Everything went well. I asked the staff to reserve a taxi next morning, and the taxi arrived just in time. ... Near city center in my opinion. The Pembroke Hall looks like an irish home, I supose: the door, the stairs, only few rooms in a floor.

Location is good and the place has potential. New Curtains, rugs and a top to bottom cleaning would do wonders. ... The place is not well kept. ... A great location if you can look past the cobwebs, flithy curtains, and worn carpets. Sheets and towels were clean

Friendly, quiet, spacious although not the cleanest B&B I have stayed in.

I arrived about 8pm - two hours earlier than expected. ... The light in the bathroom was out, the reading light was inadequate for reading and the window sash was broken and required a wedge to maintain it in an open position. Having to go and get a parking voucher at 7am was a complete pain!! ... Old world, well located with no parking.

Reception staff was not readily available at all times. I could have phoned them I suppose, but it would have been nice for them to be more present. Also, really would have liked to have been given a street map of Dublin. Also, WiFi is only sometimes available in the rooms. ... Decent accommodations, adequate value for the money. Room was clean, decent availability of tv channels.
