• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Daily price is per accommodation.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The price includes breakfast, we have a menu which includes a full irish breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Usually the bill is settled when the guests are leaving but there is no problem if guests prefer to settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Mainly english.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors we do not have a lift, but we usually ask if they would rather a ground floor room or upstairs.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The house is set back off the road and half the rooms are at the back of the house so they are all very quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  We have a two bedroomed apartment its self catering and has its own entrance and yard, breakfast is optional.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Those has a balcony on the first floor at the front of the house.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All the rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the rooms have satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  We do not have telephones in the rooms.
  We do have a telephone on the ground floor.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is no air conditioning in the rooms.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have internet/broadband in the house.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  We do not have a swimming pool, but a health club with swimming pool has just opened in a hotel in the town.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have a large private parking area.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Cars can be rented at all the airports or in Killarney which is the next town.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Kerry airport which is about an hour away.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We do not operate a shuttle service but a pick up service can be arranged.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is about 5 munites walk.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway is in Killarney which is about 40 munites drive from Kenmare.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We do not have a leisure centre on the property but there are three in the town.
• Are pets welcome?
  Sorry, but pets are not allowed in the house.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  We do not serve dinner we have a breakfast restaurant.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  There is no connection for the internet in the rooms.
