  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In any time after 2pm, Check Out before midday.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The prices are per room per night.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    No, breakfast is not included in the room rate.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, there is no problem with settling the bill on arrival.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English, French, German and Russian.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    Including the ground floor, there are 6 floors in the hotel with 2 lifts offering access to all floors.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    All our bedrooms are spacious, modern ensuite rooms.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    None of the bedrooms in the hotel have a terrace or courtyard.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    No rooms have balcony access.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    We have 1 dedicated smoking floor in the hotel with a variety of room types available to smoking guests; the additional floors are all non-smoking.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
    All bedrooms are equipped with cable television, tea/ coffee welcome tray, hair dryer, phone with fax/modem point, and voicemail facility.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes, all rooms are equipped with direct dial telephone complete with modem access point, and voicemail facility.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    There are no air-conditioned bedrooms in the hotel.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    We currently have a courtesy email access point in the Lobby.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there is no swimming pool in the hotel.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Yes, we offer secure, private car-parking free of charge, subject to availability.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    If you contact our reception, our staff will be delighted to assist you in any way we can.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Dublin International Airport (DUB) is the nearest Airport.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No, but guests may wish to travel avail of the Aircoach express service.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    The nearest DART station to the Mespil Hotel is Grand Canal Dock.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is no fitness centre on the property.
  • Are pets welcome?
    No, we do not accept pets, with the exception of 'seeing eye' guide dogs for the blind.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    The Glaze Bistro is our in-house restaurant.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    All bedrooms in the hotel are equipped with modem access points. In addition to this, selected bedrooms throughout the hotel offer Wireless LAN (WiFi) access.
