• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental breakfast included in the price. Our full Irish breakfast is available on request.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors and an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are very quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is individually controlled and there is no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, complimentary overnight car parking in the Royal College of Surgeons multistorey car park available to all residence from 6.00pm until 11.00am. You can validate your parking ticket at the hotel reception desk.

• Which is the nearest airport?
  Dublin airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not but the Air Coach shuttle services run numerous times a day from the airport to the St. Stephen's Green.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Connolly station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
