Coming by Plane+Car:
From Dublin Airport (9 km) you can reach us taking the 2nd exit at the roundabout take the 2nd exit. At airport roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the M1 (signposted M1 Dublin). At the following roundabout take the 2nd exit, then join the M1 motorway (signposted Dublin). Continue forward onto Swords Road-N1 (signposted M1 City Centre). Drive for approx. 7 km and once in Drumcondra turn right onto St Alphonsus Road from the main Drumcondra Road; this leads onto Iona Road, the hotel is located on the right hand side, just shortly after the church.
Coming by Car from Dublin city centre:
From O'Connell Street (City Centre, approx. 2,5 km) continue forward onto Eden Quay. Turn left onto Gardiner street lower, continue straight on and at the traffic signals turn right onto Dorset street lower. Continue straight on and you will arrive at Drumcondra, Quinns Pub on your left will be your landmark.
Take left turn on to St Alphonsus Road, this leads on to Iona Road, the hotel is located on the right hand side, just shortly after the church.
Coming by Plane:
At the exit of Dublin airport you will find the bus stage for bus lines n. 16A and 41. Take one of these lines up to Drumcondra Road Lower. Get off at the "Quinns" pub, cross the street and take St Alphonsus Road. Walk straight on for approx. 300 m and you will find the hotel on the right hand-side after the church.
Coming by Dart:
Maples House Hotel is ideally located close to Drumcondra Dart station. Once there you can reach the hotel taking in direction of the airport (turn left at the exit of the station) and walking up to St. Alphonsus Road. Turn left taking this street and walk straight on up to the hotel (you will find it on the right hand-side after the church).
Coming by Train:
The main railway station is "O'Connell" station located in the city centre. Once there you can easily reach us by Dart taking in direction "Maynooth" and getting of at Drumcondra railway station. Once there follow as above. |
