• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price quoted is per person per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Full Irish or continental breakfast included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors and no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are very quiet and private thanks also to the peaceful location of the hotel.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a plasma TV in all rooms but with English and Irish channels only.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Free on street parking is available on a first come first served basis.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask the reception, we can recommend car rental agencies in the area.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Dublin Airport, approx. 9,5 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stops are in Drumcondra Road and Botanic Avenue (400 m far from us).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Connolly Station (2,5 km) or Drumcondra Dart Station (800 m).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is. It is open daily from 5pm to 9pm. Food also served in the bar from 12-9pm daily.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can. We offer also Wi-Fi Internet access.
