the room we were allocated looked as though it has been refurbished but there were things that needed to be finished off. Otherwise it was clean and pleasant ... stayed there to attend a concert think a higher rate was being charged for that weekend did not think that 250.00 euros was a reasonable price. ... Friendly staff. Get there early for breakfast, we did and it was very good, however we did hear guests complain who went down later how bad it was. Hotel suitable for very short stay only would not stay there for a weekend. Hotel a bit shabby and in need of redecoration but clean and the room we had was well presented. Excellent location for dublin center.

We were asked if we would like to order a taxi to our concert which was nice. ... There was a bit of a problem in that the kitchen staff had a barney because they were under pressure, turned into a bit of a faulty towers experience which I found amusing but other guests didnt and the manager wasnt on hand to deal with these people. It was expensive for what it was but I was on my holidays :-) ... As stated the manager wasnt available to deal with narky customers which put the girl on the desk on the spot. I was nearly pulling on the mariglolds to help the poor girl crying in the kitchen!! ... It has a noisey nightclub underneath which went on for some time. ... Basic but comfortable. My friends had a room there also which they said was too small and they only had a shower. Somewhere to lay your head after a busy days sightseeing but not a luxury stay.
