• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 11.30am, Check Out before 11.00am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price per room - with different rates for single and double occupancy.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  All apartments are self-catering. Breakfast is not available.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  3 floors, no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, we do have quiet rooms.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linen and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, TV in all rooms - cable TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have a small car park - limited availability.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Please ask at reception.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Dublin.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Connolly Station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there is a Thai / Chinese Restaurant in basement.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes - to your phone line - depending on your server.
