  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 12.30pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    Prices are per person.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Yes breakfast is included and the type of breakfast is any thing from a full irish breakfast to tea & toast,the guests can choose any item of the breakfast menu.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Yes, heating is included in the price.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, if you wat to.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English, Russian, Polish, French and Spainish.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are 3 floors. There is no elevator but staff will carry bags if requested.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Yes, we have three honey moon suites.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    Linen and towels are provided.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No, there are no terraces.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    No, there are no balconies.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes, there are non smoking rooms.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    All rooms have t.v video and international channels.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    No but next door in our cyber cafe we provide cheap international calls.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Yes, no extra charge.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    Yes, restaurant can seat up to 70 people any given time.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Yes, we have a cyber cafe next door.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there is not.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Yes, there is one underground.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    At argus. Ask at the reception for further information.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Dublin.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    We can organise a taxi pick-up.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Connolly station.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is not.
  • Are pets welcome?
    No, they are not.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    Yes a restaurant for up to 70 people specialising in fresh seafood and steaks.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    No but we do have laptop connections downstairs.
