• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.

  The price is per room.

  Yes, our price includes breakfast and it is a buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can settle your bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English and Polish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors and I am afraid we have no elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a cable TV with international channels in the rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a telephone with direct line in the bedrooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, we have no air conditioning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.

  No, there is not.

  Yes, there is free parking available.

  At the airport, or our receptionist will be more than happy to help you book a car here from our Hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Shannon Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is right outside our main gates of the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Limerick train station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is no fitness centre in our property.
• Are pets welcome?
  We only allow guide dogs in our Hotel.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, Flanagan's restaurant is in the property.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can connect your modem in your bedroom and this service is free of charge.
