• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes it is included and it is a hearty full Irish breakfast consisting on bacon, eggs, sausages, beans, pudding, varied yoghurts and jams, cocktail of fresh fruit, juices and hot drinks.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floors and a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are very quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a cable tv with some international channels in each of our rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not have bur there is an Internet Point few metres far from the hotel.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, parking is available (extra cost).
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask the reception desk to help you.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Dublin Airport (8-10 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not but all the shuttle buses serving the airport stop in O'Connell street, 150 metres far from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Connolly Station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Guide dogs only.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is only a bar in the property but the surroundings ofer many dining facilities.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
