The room was very noisy due to no air conditioning and the need to keep the window open. It is located on a major intersection in Dublin. The room was warm at night. The bathroom was okay. Paint peeling on ceiling and not as fresh as we would desire. Only major positive was the location. It is walking distance to center of Dublin. ... Inner city location is loud. NO elevators for those who might need it (we hauled suitcases up 3 flights). No air conditioning. Clean and decent, but not as well maintained as we hoped. ... see above

We expected to find a sitting room. ... If we made a comparasition with are similar places in Irland the place, the service and the conditions for the breakfast are not the best ones. ... That the best thing are to be closed the city centre and the bus stop for the university
