• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included in the price, but is available at an extra cost. We serve continental and full Irish breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, guests can settle the bill either on their arrival or departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Polish, basic Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are five floors in total. We do not have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, the front rooms are very quiet, romantic and overlooking elegant Georgian streets.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, we do not have a terrace/courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do. All our rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, colour TVs are provided in all rooms, but we do not have International channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all rooms are provided with direct dial telephones.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not provide an Internet/email point however, there are Internet cafes within very close proximity.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We provide overnight private parking during the week from the hours of 6pm until 8.30am. This is also available from 6pm on Friday evenings until 8.30am Monday mornings, and is free of charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Our reception staff will be happy to help you with this. There is a car rental company within one minute walking distance of us.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Dublin International Airport (11 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not, however, the Aircoach stops within very close walking distance of us.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The number 10 bus leaves from directly beside us, but there are many more buses within walking distance.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Heuston Station, 10 minutes from our property.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Guide Dogs only.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes. There is a restaraunt/bistro, offering an eclectic mix of hearty, wholesome meals.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, we do not have connection services.
