• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Rate includes full breakfast buffet (hot & cold).
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German and Irish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are five floors in the building and two lifts.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are quiet, prive and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, most of our rooms do.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Satellite TV in each of our rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a telephone with direct dial facilities in each of our rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not but it is not required.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have a business centre with Internet access. This is a complimentary service offered by the hotel.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is. We have a 25m swimming pool open from 8.00am to 8.00pm.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have a large car park.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Our Porters Desk will be willing to assist you.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Closest is approximately 1.5 kms away.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Kerry International Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but taxis are readily available.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Killarney.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Killarney Railway Station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, we have a fitness centre, 25m swimming pool, 2 indoor tennis courts, *ponytrekking (subject to availability), fishing on the river.
• Are pets welcome?
  Guide dogs only.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there are two restaurants. The Garden Cafe open daily from 11.am to 11.00pm for informal snacks from pizza, pasta, salads & steaks. The Oak Restaurant (breakfast and evening) open from 7.00am to 10.00am for breakfast and 7.00pm to 9.30pm (last orders) for a la carte international and irish cuisine.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
