The nearest airport is in Galway. Once there you can reach us by taxi. There is No direct bus from airport to hotel, please go via Galway. There is a Eireann bus service running from Galway bus station to Oughterard leaving daily (route 416).
Coming by Plane+Car:
If you rent a car you can reach us taking the main N59 road in direction Clifden. You will find us in the village of Oughterard on the left hand side of the main street.
From Shannon airport take N18 up to Galway, the N59 in direction Clifden. You will find us in the village of Oughterard on the left hand side of the main street.
Coming by Car:
Connemara Gateway Hotel is located in Oughterard village, along the street linking Galway to Clifden (main N59).
If you come from Galway take this street in direction Clifden and you will find us on the left hand side.
Coming by Train:
