*On receipt of your booking, a preauthorisation to the value of the first nights stay will be carried out on your credit card. *If the card is declined when attempting to get a preauthorisation, Charleville Lodge reserves the right to cancel the reservation and resell the room as it is no longer guaranteed when the card is declined. *If you do not cancel your reservation at least 10 days prior to check-in you will be charged for the first night.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 240 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
