The house is surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens that feature subtropical palm trees and provide the perfect environment to unwind and relax in with some garden furniture available. |
 Every morning a traditional Irish breakfast will be served to guests that is taken in the breakfast room. The breakfast room is a cosy quaint room that is decorated with white walls, patterned carpet and wooden furnishings with tables and chairs, it also has a large window so guest can enjoy a view of the garden whilst dining. |
 The owners can also prepare packed lunches for guests on request. Private parking is available on site and on request child minding services can also be arranged. The owners will also be only to happy to aid guests of what to see and where to go and the all important how to get there with their knowledge of the local area. |

| For the guest keen on walking then the walking routes of Kerry Way are located adjacent to the property and with the owners offering packed lunches you can stop off some where and enjoy a picnic in amongst the wonderful unspoiled countryside. Just four kilometres away you can partake in some horse riding to discover the area. 1km away is the beautiful Kenmare golf course and there are four championship courses in the area to enjoy also. There are also many places to enjoy fishing in the rivers of the area, nearest being the Kenmare bay where boat trips can be had also. Guest can just hire a car and drive around the whole area with plenty of places to discover around this enchanting region. |
