By rail: Travellers from North Ireland should arrive at Connolly Station - O'Connell Street is a 10 minute walk / taxi journey away. If travelling on foot, walk the length of Talbot Street to gain access to O'Connell Street. Heuston & Pearse Stations are a short journey from the hotel and best reachable by taxi connection as they are located less city centre. All train stations allow DART access, giving you a means by which to explore Dublin's coastline.
By air: The blue Aircoach OR Airbus 747, both travel directly by road from Dublin International Airport to O'Connell Street. Journey times vary between 25-45 minutes - avoid rush hour traffic (ie. 7.30 - 9.30am).
By ferry: Proceed along East Wall Road. Right turn onto North Wall Quay at the Point Theatre. Left turn onto Talbot Memorial Bridge. Right turn onto Georges Quay, continue along Burgh Quay. Right turn onto O'Connell Bridge, leading onto O'Connell Street and follow it to its end. Turn left onto Parnell Square. Circle onto Parnell Square North. Great Denmark Street continues on from Parnell Sq Nth; we are located on the left hand side.
By road:
- From the North
Approach along the N1, leading onto the M1, travel along Dorset Street, making a left turn onto Temple Street, and continuing straight to the intersection with Parnell Street. Make a right turn at this intersection; continue straight through traffic lights at O'Connell Street, past Parnell Monument onto Parnell Square Sth. Keep inlane, making a right turn onto Parnell Sq West, and right again onto Parnell Sq Nth. Then turn left at the traffic lights onto Frederick Street Nth. Our car park is located on the right hand side, down the inroad situated at the side of Waltons Music Shop.
- From the West
Follow along the Liffey Quays to Ormond Quay/Bachelor's Walk. From here there are two routes: Route 1 Turn left onto Jervis Street and then right onto Parnell Street & Square. Then onto Denmark Street/ Gardiner Row. Turn left into Frederick Street for the car park. Route 2 Turn left onto O'Connell Street, follow the length of the street onto Parnell Square. Then onto Denmark Street/ Gardiner Row. Turn left into Frederick Street for the car park.
From the South: Approach on N11 onto Leeson Street. Circle St. Stephens Green and turn left onto Dawson Street, turn right onto Nassau Street. Keep Trintiy College on your left and bear left at Lincoln Place, turn left onto Westland Row, and then left onto Pearse Street. Turn right onto Westmoreland Street and cross O'Connell Bridge. At the top of O'Connell Street, turn left onto Parnell Square Sth. Keep in-lane, making a right turn onto Parnell Sq West, and right again onto Parnell Sq Nth. Continue straight at the traffic lights onto Great Denmark Street, we are located on the left hand side. |
