The Groomes bar
We are delighted to welcome you to enjoy a drink or a "chat" in Groomes Bar.
The cosy, welcoming ambience lends a traditional air to Cassidys and its friendly and helpful team ensure service of the highest quality. Why not enjoy a traditional pub lunch, served daily or unwind and pass some time over a cappuccino, espresso or a relaxing pot of tea.
 
Restaurant "Six"
It has become a favourite venue for both Dubliners and visitors alike.
Private parties of up to 50 people can be catered for in the Gallery Room of Restaurant Six. A full A là Carte menu is available each evening. Due to its proximity to the Gate, Abbey and Peacock theatres, we offer an excellent value Pre-Theatre / Early Bird menu, available from 5.30 pm to 7.15 pm. Fresh ingredients are used in all of our dishes with preference given to local, quality produce. Restaurant Six offers delicious, contemporary Irish cuisine in comfortable, stylish surroundings, which allows its clientele to be pampered by our friendly, attentive service. Opening times: 5.30 p.m. to 9.30 p.m. Mon-Sat 5.30p.m. to 9.00 p.m. Sunday.

the Hotel Cassidys offers a wide conferencing and banqueting centre on the first floor.
It can accommodate up to 80 guests in a variety of styles: theatre, classroom, boardroom and interview. Smaller rooms are available on request. Our staff can also cater banquets/buffets for up to 50 people. Our staff and management team are always on hand providing a professional service to help make your event a success.

The Hotel Cassidys enjoys a prime location in Dublin. Being situated at the beginning of O'Connell street our guests are really in the heart of the city. Opposite the hotel there is the famous Gate theatre. Walking toward the north part of the city, our guests can find the Dublin writers museum. On display are works, first editions and personal items belonging to famous Irish writer such as Joyce, Beckett, Wilde, Yeats, Swift etc..
Another place of interest close to the hotel is the Hugh Lane Gallery of Modern Art. Hugh Lane was an Irish art lover who bequeathed many works to the gallery after his death.Here you can admire works by French Impressionists such as Manet, Degas, Renoir and Monet as well as works by JB Yeats and Clarke. Free concerts and lecture on Sundays. In North Great George's street is housed the James Joyce centre which promotes the life and the works of the most important Irish writer. Last but not least the National Wax Museum of Parnell Square which includes the Chamber of horrors and the Hall of Megastars offering the likes of many stars. Walking toward the south part of the city (O'Connell lower) you will find several gift shops, shopping facilities, the Trinity College, O'Connell Bridge and....of course the renowned typical Irish pubs!
