• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, breakfast is included in the price and you can choose between Continental or Irish breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, you can not. You can settle the bill on departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, French and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors and no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are very romantic and carefully looked after.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
  Yes, each room is equipped with Sat/Tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is seasonal but individually controlled and there is no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a little internal parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask the personnel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Dublin International Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not but the Aircoach stops few metres from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Connolly station is 5 km away. Near the Butlers there is a Dart stop.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
