Coming by Plane+Car from Shannon airport: From Shannon airport take N18 in direction Galway up to Ennis. Once in Ennis take the N85 towards Ennistymon. Take R476 and continue on this road up to Corrofin. Once in Corrofin drive straight on crossing the town. road turns to the right in a long stretched bend. In the bend you see a triangular traffic island with a dolmen like stone formation on your left hand side. There is also a sign for 'Stattracta's Church' pointing into the left. This is your turn! Turn left here and follow this road. After 1,1km turn left into a private road. We are the second house on your left after less than a km. You can use the same instructions coming by car from south.
Coming by Plane+Car from Galway: From Galway take the N6 in direction Dublin. Once at the "Oranmore Roundabout" take the N18 towards Ennis-Limerick. Cross Clarinbridge and Kilcolgan. At the end of Kilcolgan (after the petrol/gas station), turn right onto the N67. You pass through Kinvarra and Bell Harbour. When you come to Ballyvaughan, you are facing a T- junction. Turn left to Lisdoonvarna. Once in Lisdoonvarna, the Square is on your left. Drive straight through the town. At the bottom of the hill, at the T-junction, turn left. Continue for 5 miles (8km) and you'll find yourself at the T-junction in Kilfenora. Leave Kilfenora in direction Ennis. After 1.7 miles (2.7km) you come to a Y-junction with a triangular traffic island. The main road makes a long-stretched turn to the left but you turn to the right here. You can use the same instructions coming by car from north.
Coming by Train: The nearest railway station is in Ennis. Once there you can reach us in short time by taxi. |
