  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    All prices are per room per night unless stated otherwise.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Breakfast is not included in the price unless stated otherwise.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Bill is normally settled on departure.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English, Spanish, French, Italian.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are four floors and an elevator goes to the first two floors.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    All rooms are uniqually positioned and decorated and would all be considered quiet, private and romantic.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    Our Lord Shelbourne Suite has a private outdoor terrace.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    None of our bedrooms have balconies.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    All of our rooms are non smoking.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    All rooms are equipped with cable television.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    All rooms have direct dial telephones.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    All rooms have air conditioning.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    All rooms have Internet access.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    There is no swimming pool.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    We do not have on site parking.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    The nearest company is Avis, about ten minutes fron the Hotel.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Dublin Airport is the nearest, about 8 km from the Hotel.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    We can organise a pick-up at the airport on request.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Connolly Station is the nearest, about 1 km from the Hotel.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    We do not have a fitness center in the property but we can organise the use of a nearby facility.
  • Are pets welcome?
    We do not allow pets on the property.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    Brownes restaurant is on our ground floor.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    All rooms have wireless Internet access.
