I have visited Dublin several times, this was the first time I stayed at a bed and breakfast. Sandra and her staff were extremely friendly, helpful and attentive to all my needs. I work in the industry in the United States and I was thouroughly impressed.

This was the perfect place to stay to explore Dublin and feel comfortable and well taken care of. The location was convenient and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We completely enjoyed our stay.

Room was okay compared to the price but very noisy (noise from other rooms and street), so it was hard to find some sleep.
Overall cleaniness should be improved (especially breakfast facilities and dishes)

There was a lady there when we arrived she was very kind and very helpful

the room was quite small and there we some issues with the bedside cabinet being nat as cleaned as it could have been , Plus there were childrens stickers inside the wardrop . , tea/coffee facilites would have been nice :D
