• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per person.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, a full Irish breakfast is included, there is also a choice of continental breakfast, or vegetarian on request.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can settle on arrival or departure as desired.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English & Irish, a little German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  3 floors no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, the rooms to the back of the house are very quiet and private, all rooms are decorated in pale pastel shades.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, all linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, there is a courtyard garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  The house is completely no smoking. Guest may smoke in the garden.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, TV in all the rooms, 15 channels, no satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning is not required in Ireland.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, on street parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Budget rent a car is a 3 minute walk from the house.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Dublin Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we can order a taxi to pick up from the house.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The city centre is just 10 minutes away by bus, there you will find, Connolly Station, Pearse Station & Heuston Station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, however we are a two minute walk from a wide range of restaurants, and the city centre is 10 minutes away by bus.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, we have wireless connection.
