• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price are per room based on two people sharing.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included, but Full Irish breakfast is available on request for extra charge.
  
• Is heating included in the price?
  Heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  On departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, Spanish, French, Indian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  3 floors, 2 elevators
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all the rooms are quiet and private and above all romantic...we are in a Castle.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they have not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they have not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the airport, or you can just ask to our concierge desk.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  In the village of Cong, 1 mile walk from Castle.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Knock airport, or Shannon.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, on request, with extra cost.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Galway Railway station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, Health & Fitness Centre and Beauty / Relaxation Centre.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is. During the summer season there is a choice of 2 Restaurants.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
