• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per Room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Full Irish Breakfast is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, but the reservation needs to be guaranteed by a credit card.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There is one room on the ground floor in the main house, the rest are on the first floor. There is no lift in the hotel. There are rooms on the ground and first floor in the Garden House.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All of them!
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The Standard Room in the Main House which is on the ground floor has a terrace and the Superior Room in the Garden House also has a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
  No, the bedrooms do not have any television.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is no air conditioning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There is no internet facility at the hotel.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, but guests are welcome to use the leisure facilities at sister hotels, Hotel Europe and Dunloe Castle, just 20 minutes drive.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking is freely available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are numerous car rental agents in Killarney and at the airports.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Killorglin is the closest town for shopping, just 5/10 minutes drive away.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Kerry Airport, 40 minutes drive.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Unfortunately not, but we are pleased to assist with taxi arrangements.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Killarney Town.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Killarney Town.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, but guests may use the leisure facilities at our sister hotels.
• Are pets welcome?
  Guide Dogs are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, an intimate dining room offering excellent Irish & International Cuisine.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Unfortunately not, Hotel Ard na Sidhe is the PERFECT get away from it all retreat with no intereferences from the outside world!!
