• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 4pm, Check Out before 10.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is for the house, for the week.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, the house is self catering.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No, it is not, it depends on consumption.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Balance is due on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Russian and Irish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors in the building, with two twin rooms on the ground floor and the remainder upstairs. There is no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, Anam-Cre House is surrounded by nature so is very quiet, as well as having fantastic views.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There is a garden and seating area available.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The dining room has a balcony. Not large enough to have a family meal on, but large enough for up to 5 people to sit in chairs comfortably side by side.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are non smoking, smoking is not permitted in the house, seating and ashtrays are provided outside.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a free-to-air satellite television in the living room, plus one small portable television with basic reception.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is no air conditioning in the rooms but there is heating throughout.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is a very spacious dining room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Not inside the property. Swimming pools are available in Killarney which is 30 kms away.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking for up to 15 cars.
• Where can we rent a car?
  From Kerry Airport and from Killarney.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes there is a large variety of shops and restaurants in the nearby town of Kenmare.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Kerry airport in Farrenfore is the nearest which is 35 km away.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  There are car rental companies at the airport and taxi numbers can be provided if required.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In Kenmare which is 5 km away.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  in Killarney which is 30 km away.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, small dogs may sleep in the house, but not the bedrooms and large dogs must sleep in the basement.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
