• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per Room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in rate.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Credit Card required as guarantee and we prefer the payment at the check-out.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German, Gaelic.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The hotel has 3 floors and yes we have a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, we have some rooms with balconies and views over the city.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms have balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
  TV in all rooms - with Satellite Channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, direct dial telephones.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes - Free Wireless connection in the Public areas and Email Tel. points in the bedrooms.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes on site Carparking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We can arrange for car to be delivered to hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Cork Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but we can arrange Taxis.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  St. Lukes Bus Stop.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Kent Railway Station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Gym - Jacquzzi - Steam Room - Sauna.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
