• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  All prices are per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, bills can be settled on arrival or departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Polish, French, Russian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are four floors. We have no lift as it is a listed Georgian building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We have quiet rooms available. Some of the rooms have a romantic feel with high ceilings and kingsize beds.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All the linen is provided and changed daily. Some of the toiletries are provided too. All rooms have hairdryers.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they have not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they have not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Albany House is a non-smoking property.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms have cable TV with 15 channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms have direct dial phones.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  We have no air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  We only have breakfast room, where we serve breakfast from 7:30am to 9:30am.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  You can receive emails through reception.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is an on street car park available just around the corner in Clonmel Street. It's pay and display. You can also use Royal College of Surgeons multi storey car park, just off St. Stephen's Green.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are a lot of car rental companies with offices in the city centre. Receptionists will help you find the best options.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Dublin International Airport is the nearest one, 20 km away.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  NO, we have not.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Connelly Station is around 5 km away and Heuston Station is 7 km away.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  NO, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  We have a breakfast room only.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can do it through the telephone socket.
