very warm welcome with offering tea at our arrival at 11 p.m.

We had asked for twin beds, but got a double bed, But it was no problem, as it was only for one night, and so we did not say anything.
The room was according to the expectations and OK.
...
It is easy to get to from airport and easy to leave out of town, which was exactly why we chose this accomodation.
Parking was very fine, just beside the house.
...
An excellent place if you only stay for one night and want to get easy out of town.
And donīt want to spend a lot of money just sleeping.
