 Aghadoe House is a renovated Edwardian home with a welcoming atmosphere. On your arrival we will offer you a cup of tea which is part of the traditional Irish welcome. If you have not been to Dublin before we will supply you with maps and brochures and assist you in any way we can to ensure your visit to Dublin is a pleasant experience.
Breakfast is served from 8 to 9 am Monday-Thursday and from 8.30 to 9.30 am during the week-end. Breakfast is made from the finest produce and prepared directly by the owners. Full Irish Breakfast consists of eggs (fried or boiled), pork sausages, toast bread, fried tomatoes and beans... it is a great experience! If you are on a diet you find also a continental breakfast with cereals, fruit and assorted jams and yoghurts. Everything is accompanied by tea, coffee and orange juice.
Additional facilities include common lounge with fireplace where guests can read a good book, have a cup of tea or simply watch the world go by. If you are touring and have a car we have complimentary parking spaces available. |

 Aghadoe House is located in Glasnevin area, few kilometres far from Dublin city centre, easy accessible from the airport as well as the city centre. There are also plenty of Museums and Art Galleries to visit. For the golf enthusiasts, there are many good Golf Courses within easy reach.
The National Botanic Gardens are 4 minutes walk away. If you want to pass an hour there is nothing more pleasant than a gentle stroll around the gardens (admission is free). Moreover lots of pubs and places to eat within short walking distance. Some of the pubs have music 5 nights a week!
Aghadoe House is located about 10 min. by bus to the renowned area of Temple Bar, city centre and Trinity College. Museums, theatres, shopping centres as well as entertainment venues can be easily reach in a short bus or taxi ride. |
