The receptionist upon our arrival was truly exceptional - I wish I remembered her name. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to accommodate our needs -- even walking our son outside to point out the parking area and ensuring that upon our return visit (2-days later) that we had the necessary rooms despite the fact that I hadn't booked it properly and the hotel was full. The only draw back to the hotel was the street front rooms were noisy - but that is Dublin on a Saturday night ... ... Should you want a quiet room request one that is not on the Dame Street side. ... Extremely friendly and an awesome location.

Although satellite TV was listed on the web, the Sky Sports channels were unavailable either in my room or in the hotel lounge. That was annoying, as one of the main reasons for choosing this particular hotel was the presence of satellite channels . This was the final mid-week game on the Lions rugby tour of New Zealand !! ... Friendly staff, nice bar.

Perhaps i found it a bit noisy because of the Pub downstairs at night. It was really hard to find the hotelīs entrance when i got to Dame ST.

The accommodation was excellent compared to others of supposedly the same level which we encountered elsewhere in Europe. The staff went out of their way to assist us when we needed it. ...
we had an issue regarding a deposit which we thought we had paid. However this is a minor issue. ... Very comfortable, well located and excellent value for money

We arrived very early and the receptionist did everything he could to help up until enjoy Dublin until check in time as well as offering to try and make the accommodation ready earlier than check in time. ... The hotel staff couldn't have been more helpful. ... We were not leaving Dublin until late that evening and after check out time everyone continued to be courteous. Holding our luggage and putting up with us taking over the reception lounge (as it had the comfyest seats.) ... Restaurant food was tremendous and the sunday carvery is definately worth mentioning. ... A brilliant, economical base from which to have a great stay in Dublin. Couldn't ask for a better location.
Only down side for people wanting a quieter weekend(not us) is the local noise which continues way into the early hours.

The address of the Hotel is very hard to find, and the sign is not too obvious. It seems the numbering system is haphazzard. ... Once we got in the people were great!! ... Although the address is on dame street, in fact the main door is on a side street. ... Hard to find, but good value and centrally located.

Our arrival experience was pleasant with no problems whatsoever. ... Had a very enjoyable and pleasant stay. ... No problems checking out. Staff arranged a taxi to pick us up which was great. ... The main Entrance/Reception to the Adams Trinity Hotel is not actually on the main Dame Street but to the rear. You can access the hotel through the Mercantile Bar & Grill on Dame Street however this is not clearly identified. ... Very impressed with the Mercantile Bar & Grill decor it gave an atmospheric feel. Room was very spacious. ... Clearer detail on getting to the main entrance, which as stated above is to the rear of the building. ... Excellent position for Temple Bar and local tourist areas, also on main route for the open top bus tour. Mercantile Bar & Grill very atmosperic good period decor.

City Centre location so inevitably there was plenty of noise; tourists / party goers at night and traffic in the morning. However I knew this when I booked. ... Nice 3 star hotel in excellent city centre location but don't go there for a rest or a good night's sleep.

Room was very clean and in perfect condition, it was just a bit smaller than i was expecting. There was some noise from the street below but that is o be expected in a busy hotel in Dublin Ciy.
Staff were perfect ... no everything was spot on ... Perfect location, affordable and good service

The staff was extremely helpful and nice. It is a great location for sightseeing and shopping but the noise level in the area is loud.

All your employees were very helpful and polite! Your marquis (sign board)at the second storey outside window on the main thoroughfare was not very conspicuous. We missed it the first time. Your location is very central and ideal for tourists like us. We certainly enjoyed our stay at you hotel.

They provided a full Irish breakfast, at no charge.. Which was a pleasant supprise. ... This hotel is in the middle of Temple Bar district. Alot of activity. The room was small but nice and clean. Not much of a view from my room.( we got a view of a brick wall across the alley way.) No air conditioner. Is very loud at night as there are many many bars as you step outside the hotel. If your intend to go to the bars while in Dublin then this hotel has a great location. Shopping, Dublin Castle, Guiness factory, and much more are in walking distance. Not a luxurious hotel but the location is great. Bus transportation to the airport is just a few blocks away. Very easy to use the bus system.

The only problem we experienced were some extremely loud guests in the next room, but we realised this could not be helped. As we only stayed one night on this occasion, we did not fell it necessary to say anything at the time.

One of the receptionist whose name I think was Patrick (not sure though) was really patient, we wanted a different room and he was very sweet and showed us three other rooms to choose from - we were impressed by him. ... The hotel was fantastic in terms of location and cleanliness, the rooms were spacious and clean. The bathrooms etc although clean were quite old looking I thought, but again they were still spacious. The only real complaint we had was the noise. Although this was inevitable due to it's location and the pubs/bar underneath, the windows did nothing to block out the noise, in fact it was just as loud as if you were standing outside. ... Fantastic location.
