• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 8am until 11pm, Check Out before 10.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price per person per night.

  Yes, our full Irish breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English spoken.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 2 floors, no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are very quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV with national channels only in each of our rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.

  No, there is not.

  No, parking is not available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There is a car rental 10 min. walking distance from the B&B. We are happy to arrange car hire on request with the car being delivered to the house.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Dublin Airport (10 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Drumcondra Railway station.

  No, there is not.

  No, sorry.
