  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    Check In from 2pm.
    Check Out before midday.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The rates are per room.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Full Irish Breakfast is included.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English and Spanish.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are 2 floors, there is no elevator in the hotel.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Most rooms are quiet, the rooms to the back of the building overlooking the garden are the most peaceful. We have four poster rooms and suites.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    The rooms do not.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    The rooms do not.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
    We have satellite TV with international channels.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes all rooms have telephone with direct dialling.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    There is individual controlled heating in the rooms.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    There is wireless internet access in the hotel. Additional there is computer for complimentary guest use.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No swimming pool onsite.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    There is complimentary private car parking.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    There are may car hire companies in the city centre.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Dublin International.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    Yes we can arrange pickup from and to the airport.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    We are beside Sydney DART station which connects to the main rail line.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    Some rooms have jacuzzi baths.
  • Are pets welcome?
    No pets allowed.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    We serve a drawing room menu all day.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, your room has wireless internet access.
